Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026

This policy explains when you can get your money back from Navexa Services Pty Ltd (ACN 639 386 539 / ABN 47 639 386 539) and how to ask for it. It summarises clauses 20.6 and 20.7 of our Terms of Service. If this page and the Terms of Service ever disagree, the Terms of Service apply.

Free trial

Every Navexa subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start it, and you are not charged anything during it. If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, there is nothing to refund.

Six-month money-back guarantee

If Navexa is not right for you, you may cancel your subscription and request a refund at any time within six months of your first subscription payment. We will refund every subscription fee you have paid, no questions asked.

The guarantee works as follows:

  • It covers all subscription fees paid in the six months from your first payment, on either a monthly or an annual plan.
  • It can be claimed once. It applies to your first subscription only, and does not become available again if you cancel and subscribe again — whether under the same account or a different account or email address.
  • It is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a refund

Email help@navexa.com from the email address on your Navexa account and tell us you would like a refund under the money-back guarantee. You do not need to give a reason.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within two business days and to process approved refunds within ten business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. How quickly the money appears on your statement after that depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations after the guarantee period

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Outside the six-month guarantee period, cancelling does not produce a refund or credit for the remaining period you have already paid for. You keep access to Navexa until the end of that period, and you are not billed again.

Downgrades

If you move to a cheaper plan, the remaining time on your current plan is converted into a pro-rated dollar value and applied toward the cost of the downgraded plan. Downgrading may mean losing access to features or capacity your previous plan included.

Failed payments

If we cannot process a payment, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until payment is received. No refund is owed for a period that was never paid for.
